We take pride in our handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your standard size rug, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and clean.
Please note that any rugs ordered with custom/bespoke dimensions, color overrides, or special monogramming are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect. Custom production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
If you receive a rug with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, please email photos to kadityakhaitan@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or provide a full refund.
