Because our luxury carpets are handmade, each order enters our weaving schedule. The weaving process for a hand-knotted or hand-tufted rug takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience as our weavers craft your piece.
We offer free standard shipping within India on orders above ₹10,000. For orders below this amount, standard shipping is flat ₹250. Express shipping is flat ₹500.
Once your rug leaves our factory in Bhadohi/Varanasi, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your shipment live at any time using our public Track Order page.
