Where We Ship

We ship our handmade rugs internationally, including to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Canada, UAE, and other countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our team to confirm before placing your order.

Processing & Production Time

Since every rug is handmade to order (or customized to your specifications), production time varies based on size, material, and design complexity. Hand-knotted collections take longer than tufted or flat-woven rugs. Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide an estimated production and shipping timeline specific to your rug.

Shipping Timeline

After production is complete, international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days (air cargo) or 4–6 weeks (sea cargo) depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Exact delivery estimates and logistics partner links will be shared with you once your order is dispatched, along with online tracking information.

Packaging

Every rug is carefully rolled, wrapped, and protected using export-grade packaging materials to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our facility — whether it's traveling across the country or across the world. Larger items are shipped in robust double-layered packaging for extra safety.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on rug size, weight, destination, and shipping method (standard vs. expedited). Final shipping charges will be calculated and shared with you at the time of order confirmation. For bespoke trade orders, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) can be discussed directly.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price quoted by Paliram Carpets.

Order Tracking

Once your rug ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your order's journey until it arrives at your door.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare case your rug arrives damaged or your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly with our shipping carriers.
